Refund Policy 

Our refund policy states that: When a member signs up or purchases the software from BuySideGlobal.com you will instantly and directly benefit from the intellectual property, Proprietary Software, and trading secrets established by BuySideGlobal.com. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. If you sign up, plan on sticking around for the length of your term. There are absolutely no refunds, including partial refunds as well; do not forget that your billing recurs automatically every year or every six months or every quarter or monthly depending on the level of membership you have. You must cancel 24 hours prior to your next billing in order to allow for receipt of your request and processing time. Please send the subscription cancellation request email to info@buysideglobal.com. Our subscriptions are on a “auto renewal” process which will automatically charge your card on every renewal term. You will also gain knowledge about order types, spreads, and level II training as well, which are all valuable assets in the trading world. This applies to all products and services, such as (but not limited to) Access to our Proprietary Software, course manuals, live videos, Stock Picks and other educational products and services.

Due to the immediacy of the benefits that traders receive, BuySideGlobal.com DOES NOT give refunds.

All payments made to BuySide Global in connection with any product purchased or account or service, and any renewal thereof, are non-refundable; and BuySide Global does not offer, and is not required to provide, any refunds or credits for any reason, including, without limitation, satisfaction or your failure to cancel your account or service prior to its automatic renewal. There is no circumstance in which you will be entitled to, or BuySide Global is required to provide, a refund or credit for any reason, including, without limitation, satisfaction or your failure to cancel your account or service prior to its automatic renewal.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 7 days, we will offer you a one-time exchange to any other product within 7 days from your purchase date. You can swap to any product as long as your purchase amount does not exceed published retail value of the product that you would like to get as replacement.
